Ok, apparently nothing I can think of works. There's no easy past method for adding that code in like there should be, and trying to go to the Help & Support link simply logs you out and prevents you from logging back in in that window. Why does none of the staff do their jobs and fix things like this?

I think it's something like:

colon icon (user's name) colon

either that or:

colon username (user's name) colon

Might be two colons, and there's no spaces in that mess.

The result that you DON'T see typed out (or typed out incorrectly) will be the right one.

-user(name)- :userGlaide: ::userGlaide::
-icon(name)-  Glaide : Glaide:
-username(name)- :usernameGlaide: ::usernameGlaide::

...Alright... so it's only one set of colons around the stuff....
