Hat Commission Prices/Rules (Open)

Hello everyone I'm open for hat commissions! Rules and prices for the hats will be below.
1. Payment must be done through Paypal and are in USD.
2. Based on the color wanted the price may stay the same or go up due to the price of certain yarns. Also the price of the plushy size hat may go up depending on the size of the plushy.
3. Also all fursuit sized hats will have 1-2 pieces of elastic attached to be hooked around ears or horns commissioners choice no extra charge; All Plushie hats will have only one strap unless it is going on a larger sized plushy.
4. I will not start a hat until I receive payment first and a hat should take 1-2 weeks unless I message the commissioner otherwise or if there is a queue.
5. Do not decide to change the hat color after yarn color has been confirmed and purchased. As once yarn is purchased the colors are final and will not be changed.
6. Shipping cost will be extra depending on shipping. If it is to be shipped in the US it'll cost $2, outside of the US will very from country to country.
