Well, I didn't find solution to problems with 3ds max 2010. I tried to ask around in various forums but that didn't really help. :/
Anyway, I did manage to hmmmh... maybe not solve but bypass the problem with max 2009. So I'm animating again. :)
It's hard to find motivation to animate that starting scene again but once I get over it I should make some real progress once again.
For Rat's sake hope that I don't have any more problems with 3ds max. :P

Rat animation will come out eventually. I'm practicing for it by making S&C animation first. :)
I know the feeling though... A hiccup in the process can really kill any and all enthusiasm for the work.
As for motivation? Well, if you like, it probably wouldn't take me too long to put a cattle prod together... I'd just need an address and some time off work *Chuckles* I'm sure Rat would be ammused... At least until you'd finished and I went home again ;3
At very least, you've got a little more experience for having produced it, on a technical basis that should make the new one a bit better anyhow :)
