Hey folks. I'm leaving for Anthrocon here in a few hours. And I'm doing panels at this year's event!
I don't quite have a schedule per se, but I know I'll be hanging around the writing track most of the con. Iffn you wanna see me speak words about writing, here's where I might be found:
THURSDAY
Writer's Meet and Greet - 8p - 10p
- Come meet a number of other writers. No idea what or who will really be here, but I may be!
FRIDAY
Dr. Strangeplot or How I Learned To Stop Worrying and Join a Writing Group - 11:30a - 1p
- Folks will talk about writing groups. I'm found a group near me in Cincinnati and the other half of the panelists formed a group in their neck of the wood. And we'll chat about our experiences with them.
Writing Foundations: Intermediate - 1p - 2:30p
- Me and a few other well know and/or experienced writers will talk about where to take your writing after those first few steps.
Writing After Dark: Erotic Writing - 10p - 12a
- And after the younger folks have gone to bed, the writing discussion will turn to a more adult topic. Here, you can learn about writing those hot and heavy scenes.
SATURDAY
Dissident Signals Reading - 4p - 5p
- I'll be reading a bit from my submission to the Dissident Signal's Anthology, as will a number of other writers.
Leo Awards Presentation - 7p - 8p
- I've been nominated for a Leo Award, and you might hear my name called here. We'll find out in a few days.
SUNDAY
Can You Read It? AKA Readings in Terrible Fiction - 12a - 2a
- I'm gonna need some coffee for this one. Or maybe a stiffer drink. Still, I've heard this can be a fun panel. Don't know what it is? Find out for yourself.
If you're wondering where to find me, you might have luck above. I also have the immense pleasure to be in two anthologies debuing at AC: Dissident Signals from FurPlanet and Heat from SofaWolf. I know I'm excited for both collections.
