We have an official launch date: August 9th. No really, one month from today. Preorders are up on Steam! Already grabbed mine for that nice Fair Wind Charm preorder bonus. Deluxe addition is the same as it was for console release, adds in the Samurai layered armor, some gestures and some stickers. The stickers are basically emoticons for in game chat.

I'll be playing starting day one. I've been told by the group I play with that I must learn to use the Greatsword for PC. This will be a massive challenge since I usually use Insect Glaive or Bow. I have recently taken up playing Hunting Horn for some of the fights, but Greatsword.... the thing is just so very very very very very slow. One of the main strategies for using it is to keep it sheathed so you don't suffer from its reduced movement speed.... but... those damage numbers.... so high!
