I feel sorry for you hearing that, and I hope you will feel better soon. If your mode doesn't change for the better in a few weeks, you will need to visit a psychiatrist then. I believe people will understand you. Also, having some mental problems is quite common these days, so please don't feel afraid or too worried about this. You are not alone. Besides, I can offer to talk if you wish, as I have some basic knowledge about psychological counseling so maybe I could help a bit, at least, I wish to. Anyways, I hope you will feel better soon.
