I don't think I have the context for this?

it means exactly what it says

I just mean to say I'm unfamiliar with the terms "Equal Opportunity" and "Equal Outcome" and I don't know what the context is for the definitions I should be applying to them. I did a google search and it defined Equal Opportunity as "the policy of treating employees and others without discrimination, especially on the basis of their sex, race, or age." and Equal Outcome as "A political concept describing a state in which people have approximately the same material wealth and income." and like... I'm not sure what the context is that would require one to have to compare those two things in terms of importance? and wouldn't a policy always be more important than a concept?

So I think I'm misunderstanding the context for this PSA and some more context would be appreciated.
