REQUESTING A COMMISSION
All commission, art trade, and request inquiries must be placed through the FA note function or through e-mail at xumaltieffectart@gmail.com. Generally, new projects are not accepted unless the commission status on the Xumalti-Effect-Art profile page is set to "Open". This ensures that new and existing art projects are completed in the timeliest manner possible.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
Payment:
To ensure the efficient completion of art projects, all payments must be made through PayPal. Payment-related information will be provided to the requester once initial communication has taken place.
All payments must be made within 48 hours of the commission's approval by the artist. Any payment received after this time frame may be rejected at the artist's discretion.
Refunds:
Refunds can be issued by contacting the artist through the FA note function or through e-mail at xumaltieffectart@gmail.com. Additional discussion can take place at the artist and requester's discretion. Full refunds are acceptable until the requester has approved the initial WIP. After this point, payment will be refunded at 1/2 the commission price, until the commission has been completed (at which point the refund will be refused). In the event that the artist does not respond within 1 week of contact, a full refund will be provided.
Should the artist decide that the commission is outside of capacity or unforeseen circumstances arise, a full refund will be issued.
ACCEPTABLE COMMISSION CONTENT
Most commission content is acceptable to work with, excluding cub, diaper, and scat. Additionally, it is preferred that commissions do not involve highly complex character designs and work-intensive backgrounds, as these require extensive amounts of time to complete, and therefore may slow down the process of uploading art significantly.

The artist reserves the right to refuse service.
