Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and conditions. This ToS is required to read before making your final decision to buy anything at all from me; art, a head, or even hand paws.
I cannot do super complex patterns for fursuit parts or full suits. I cannot make you any copyrighted character (Pikachu, Gabumon, any others you think of that are not actually yours).
There are certain things I WILL NOT draw, and I will be listing them farther down.
You need to give me time to finish your product, which means I do not accept any time-based orders and certainly will not rush anything. Not only because I physically can not do that, but I also believe that better work comes from time taken as well as working on it when you actually feel up to it! Think back to school - I'm sure many of you would cheese an essay just because you didn't want to do it, and it was a bad grade in the end usually. I don't do that here with my art and sewing!
Why can't I do rush orders, complex patterns and so on? Why do I need you to be patient? I have fibromyalgia, epilepsy, and a worsening thyroid issue that isn't looking well right now, to name a few.
I need to be able to work at my own pace, when I'm not in pain or feeling exhausted. By deciding to commission me, you give me the full right to take my time.
However, by no means does this mean I take forever to complete things! I make absolutely sure that I get any items and art finished! I am a very honest person, and it would kill me if I were to take advantage of time. That's rude, irresponsible, and not to mention illegal if the product never gets finished. Also, to toss in this small tidbit here, I may also include random little 'gifts' when I send your item to you. These range from small art, wrapped candy, props, or even a badge at times! I WILL NOT ALWAYS INCLUDE SUCH THINGS. Please understand that. I do my best to try to understand my customers and try to get a feel for what they like, and if I can, I then include any small thank-you gifts for their patience and politeness.
I may doodle when having commissions to do. This helps me improve my skills and not let them get rusty. If I post a random doodle of either my own character or any gifts, I did them to keep my art going and most likely did that even while in pain or tired. Refer to my personal belief a couple paragraphs up.
Now here is the list of themes and details that I WILL NOT DO:
- Extreme vore
- Macro
- Micro
- Scat/excrement/feces
- Babyfurs or ANY character that is or seems to be under 18 in any sexual depiction (SFW babyfurs I have no issues with drawing!)
- Sell NSFW art to anyone under 18 (I need some proof that you are actually 18+, which means state ID)
- Inflation
- Rape
- Any art of someone else's character without their permission
Most of those should be understandable as to why I would not draw them. I also may not be too great with winged characters, but I have my own that have wings, so I improve a bit at a time.
I won't accept to take on a commission of extremely detailed characters. Things like many spots and rosettes hurt my hand badly, and will take me a while to get done, but I can do those.
I take PayPal only, no cash unless in person. I feel that it would get lost in the mail one way or another.
I will need a reference sheet of any characters being done; a front view, and a back view at least. If for a head, tail or anything else that is fursuit parts, I will need a complete and detailed reference. Words will not do. If you would like me to transfer your description into a reference sheet for you, you will need to buy that from me. Simple references for that currently are $25, and complex ones (3 views and then some) are currently $30+, ranging in price due to an added details.
I will not ship outside of the US unless you can pay for the insane shipping price.
I will ship to anywhere in the US otherwise (if paid for), and if you happen to live near me, you may pick your product(s) up for free.
I will only disclose my location to customers who are serious about pick up. Can arrange a meet up as well! That is safer for both ends!
When you message me to commission me, please tell me exactly what you want! Artistic Liberty isn't exactly my strong point! I give work in progress (WIP) updates and pictures to show you that I actually am working, and if you like it so far. Most changes to things are free, except for fursuit parts. Anything that needs to change due to color, texture or length, I need a fee based on how much I need to make it complete (I do not have a large stock in fur, so I may need to order more).
This Terms of Service can change at any given point, within reason. Please keep checking for any updates. Thank you for taking the time and reading this through!
Edit: I ALSO HAVE CATS AND A DOG. If you're allergic to either, I do not recommend commissioning me for fursuit parts!!
REFUND POLICY:
If you would like to get a refund, I can only give back what hasn't been spent on supplies and materials for your order. The exact prices will range, but please understand that I am selling these parts for quite cheap to begin with, using the prices from getting fur, glue, foam and any other things needed to make up your total. I don't add in much, if any, for labor fee. Therefore, I will only refund you (the customer) whatever I have left that was sent by you, if anything was ordered. If nothing has been ordered yet, I can cancel those orders before they ship and give you a 100% refund. That is the ONLY time you could get 100% back!
PAYMENT PLANS:
I do accept payment plans for commissions over $100. Talk to me about it, and we can work something out!
