Sorry about the absence I've been really, really sick. I got bit three times by a spider on my arms (they were swollen and itchy purdy bad) then got the flu and had full body aches and a five day headache. Sometimes it just be like that on this bitch of a earth, but I'm feeling so much better and will be settling back in to work later today.
