He was mugged on the way to the hospital, AND he's homeless, AND he just got diagnosed with lung cancer?

Dude either has a shit life or a fine way of telling stories.
January -- lost his mom.
5 months ago -- got kidnapped and had his laptop stolen, and also "At this point after all this mess with the kidnapping, robbery, assualt, rape and more" (quoted from a journal);
4 months ago -- became homeless
3 months ago -- hospitalized with a heart attack (There are pics on facebook so it seems legit)
July 8th -- developed a blood ulcer which he needs funds for.
A week ago-ish, according to FA: (Which would be July 9th), literally a day after he developed a blood ulcer -- got mugged on the way to the hospital. Needs funds for that.
Literally 23 minutes ago on facebook -- needs funds for heart surgery.

His family won't contact him; he apparently has few friends that will help him.

Seriously, the guy either has the worst fucking life, or he's making up stories to get sympathetic people to support his life. I'm not claiming to know whether he is or not. If his life really has been that rough, I hope he can come out of it soon.

It also surprises me how a guy who's supposedly been around a while, making art on FA, and seems to be proclaiming he's a really stand-up guy has only 5 friends on facebook. Poor guy. It puts up all my warning bells so I can't will myself to help, personally, but if he really is having this horrible life and can't get his stuff together and can't work or hold a home or find friends or family to help him out while he helps himself back onto his feet, then he really is in a tough spot.

So at what point did he tell you he developed lung cancer? He hasn't posted about that on FA or on FB yet. July 8th was the blood ulcer; 9th was for pain meds and getting mugged, 23 minutes ago it's heart surgery -- so did he have lung cancer BEFORE they told him he'd need heart surgery?

Like I said, warning bells.. but if the guy seriously has THAT MANY medical conditions and lack of ability to hold a house or a job or any family/friend connections, he may need some help, or he may need to figure out what he can do to improve his lot in life that doesn't involve handouts.

I feel bad for the guy if his health is that shitty but I think he may need to take some steps to improving his lot in life. Does America not have a welfare system or something when you can't work, are homeless, and are THAT sick? Might be time to apply for some of that -- he certainly sounds like, if this is all true, he could qualify.

He messaged me over the past month and we chatted
It was just yesterday though that he informed me that his doctors diagnosed him with cancer
But yeah, trying to suggest other options to him in case donations don't work
