! ADOPTABLE TOS !
Don’t be that person who’s trying to find loopholes in my TOS just to do what you want. If you can’t take the time to read and follow these simple rules then don’t waste both our times and don’t buy from me.
General
-Credit the design to me when uploading the original image/drawing the adopt for the first time

-I have the rights to use sold adopts as examples
-I have the rights to refuse sale to someone with reason (suspicious/new accounts, previously blacklisted, Bewares and PSAs, unpaid holds etc.)
-Co-owning is allowed but the details and permissions will be up to the parties involved
Payment
-Serious bids/offers ONLY : Only offer what you can and will pay/do
-HOLDS : I will do a maximum of 48 hours hold (1 week for trusted buyers), if longer I need an initial payment of half. If the hold is cancelled or I get no response, adopt will be back up.
-Send Payment within 24 hours of me replying : I will notify once if I don’t get an initial response, if I still don’t get a response the adopt will be back up again
-Payment first : I will transfer the character thru TH or email after payment is confirmed
-No Refunds/Chargebacks : All sales are final, once you have the individual files I won’t accept refunds
Reselling/Trades
-You are allowed to trade/resell my adopts without my permission
-Make sure you place credits to me when posting the design for reselling/trading
For Resells
-Must be bought/purchased by you
-Raffles/Gifts/Trades by me can’t be used for resells (meaning there is currency involved)
For Trading
-Gifts/Raffles/Trades and bought designs can be traded
-Trading means there is no currency involved; art, OC, shoutout, etc. are fine as exchanges
