There probably wouldn't be a crunch, a foot is something a roach would have almost no trouble surviving, especially barefoot. And I've messed with rat traps like that before, its not fun.
By sleeping in a hotel room, getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom 'n then see something run from behind the toilet towards to.
You are startled, stagger, the rat runs under your foot 'n you end up back-first in the bathtub.
I suppose I would try not to crush the poor roach and dodge the trap... even if it's a roach... I always wanted to respect the life of the neutral incest that was in my house... if I found one, I just looked for the way to catch it with something or direct it out of my house. :'3
Well... I suppose so... there is a balance... a micro-ecosystem... that fuses with the incest that you can have in your home... that balance makes other species of insects do not enter a state of overpopulation... for example the Spiders... keep at bay... other incest such as flies and mosquitoes in most cases... even cockroaches...
In my house there are small animals like toads and geckos... and some spiders... each one is in charge to consume the other species to maintain that balance.
and good to that is what I wanted to get too... Have you ever seen the documentaries of "David Altenburg"?
when I was little I saw them... and it fascinated me to see the world of the incectos... to be such small... simple creatures... the way in which they had evolved to adapt and survive in their environment... It was incredible. :'3
