i have and it looks interesting. or at least there are things that interest me that get posted there.
the format of the site though, its just another one that i like how f.a. is layed out better.

depends on what you like.
i'm interested in communicating and sharing imagination and ideas visually,
i'm not interested in art as a business.

i came across it because i keep coming across references to it on pinterest and artstation,
so i had to go take a look.

haven't joined it. no idea yet if i will.
