What do you do to get motivated to do big projects?

I'm in a bit of a funk right now. I have a full time job, a part time job, online classes, and I usually dog sit on weekends. What little free time I have is spent either playing video games with friends or spending time with family. If I had the motivation I'd replace the gaming time with these big art projects that I'd like to do, but I can't find the motivation to do anything. I at least find the motivation to sketch and doodle so that's something...

So what do you do to get motivated and inspired to work on your commissions and big projects?
