Since this past Christmas and especially following my grandma's passing, I've been quickly accumulating a large collection/library of books. And something awesome has occurred to me about building a personal library: if you go to a good second-hand store/used book store and thumb through some used books that interest you (especially hardcover), you can get and give GOOD quality used books for CHEAP. Unlike movies, video games, etc. where you can't really be sure until you try it out, books can't really lie to you.
