This is for adopts, YCHs, commissions, and just about anything else honestly. These can be subject to change, should anything else need to be addressed, so be sure to check in on this every now and then!
By purchasing my services, you are agreeing to the below terms.
- All payments must be up front. Larger payments of $100 and up can be given a payment plan, however, and I'll be happy to work that out with you if needed.
- Unless you request a hold, you must pay within 24 hours once you have been given my PayPal.me link. If you fail to pay within this time frame without claiming a hold, the adopt(s)/ych slot/commission slot WILL go back on sale again.
- If you request a hold, it will go for a maximum of 48 hours before the adopt/ych/commission goes back on sale again.
- I only accept USD unless stated otherwise, such as in the case of point adopts. These will be clearly labeled in the title and description :)
- I do not haggle. My listed prices are as-is, so please don't ask me to go lower.
- Once bought, you may make changes to the character's design.
- Once bought, you will receive a full, un-watermarked version of the design.
- If you do decide to edit the design, please do not alter the original image provided.
- When posting the original design on a website, please credit me as the designer, as well as the original base owner if a base was used.
- I do not edit adoptable designs, they are sold as-is.
- Adopts purchased from me can be re-sold.
- Adopts can be traded or gifted away.
- NSFW YCHs are 18+ ONLY and I reserve the right to withdraw your purchased slot with no refunds if I find out you are a minor.
- While working on your YCH, I will send you one preview before the finished version is ready. This is your chance to ask for edits/adjustments if you think I missed something. I will not accept edit requests after this time.
- If there is a listed request form, please fill it out. I will not accept your order if you did not fully fill out the request form, or didn't use it at all. Request forms will always be listed in the description of the YCH.
- NSFW commissions are 18+ ONLY and they will be withdrawn immediately with no refunds if I find out you are a minor.
- Reference pictures are recommended and greatly appreciated, but I will accept text descriptions as well. If you give me only a text description, I may add additional fees as they tend to require a lot more revisions than a picture reference.
- During the commission process, I will send you two previews. One of the rough sketch, and another of the lines/color palette. These are your opportunities to ask for edits and changes. I will not accept requests to edit or change the final version.
- I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. I will give you a partial refund depending on how far the art progressed if a commission is withdrawn.
- I reserve the rights to use my work for distributing or using as a sample for sales or self promotion. If you want your work to be kept private, you must tell me during the ordering process.
