If you are commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms of service.
CONTENT
-I am willing to draw most content that is pitched to me, whether by subject or fetish, but it is mostly case-by-case. I can refuse the subject if I am uncomfortable with it in any way, and if so, I am willing to try and find something that I can do for you instead. Granted, there will be some contents/subjects/fetishes I’ve never done or covered but I’ll try my best to fulfill your wants and needs. Art that includes other people's original characters may need permission from the owner to be included if I am not well acquainted.
PROCESS
-You must fill out and complete my Commission Form.
-You can send me your commission form through an initial FA note, or directly to my Telegram or Discord (accounts on my profile) to request your commission.
-Your payment must be settled before I send you any progress. If you are an entrusted commissioner, your payment might be able to be settled at a later time within reason.
-I will sketch up a draft of what you’re requesting and send it for you to review. With the draft, you can change it however you’d like, and I’ll revise or redo as much as needed until you approve of it.
-Once the draft is approved, I can start actually working on it fully.
-Once completed, other drafts (depending on drawing tier) will be sent to you for approval once more. I can only revise minor things with the these drafts if need be. Then the final draft is sent. If it’s good to go, your commission will be considered complete.
-If I feel as though an unnecessary and excessive amount of changes or revisions to the drafts sent to you continue to persist, I may drop your commission as a whole.
PAYMENT
-Payments will mainly be conducted by Paypal. If you have some other form of paying, we can discuss it.
-At the time of taking your commission, you will be given 24 hours to pay for your commission, unless you are an entrusted commissioner and we have discussed a later payment date.
-Refunding is only available if your commission hasn't been started or I haven't shared any progress
PUBLISHING
-I am able to post your commission to my page here, or on any other sites UNLESS you have paid for it specifically to be a private commission.
-I may decide to not post your commission to my pages/sites, whether for it’s relevance, or other reasoning.
-If you want to repost your commission, inform me and I will provide a version of your commission with my watermark that you can post, along with due credit. You can of course use your personal copy for your own private use.
-You are NOT allowed to edit my commission to you in any way (or any of my artwork in general), such as finishing sketches, coloring lineart, etc. If I notice such things from any source, it will violate these TOS and I may want to ban any all future business with you.
-I do not consent to any of my work being tokenized, transformed, or submitted in any way, shape, or form to the NFT Market or Crypto Art Market, whether you have purchased my artwork directly, or are just a viewer of my work. If any discoveries are made of my works being re-sold in the NFT/Crypto Market without my consent, legal action can be pursued and you will be banned from any future business with me.
And that’s about it when you’d like me to draw for you. If you fail to adhere to any of these terms, I may not want to conduct business with you at all.
