On the better side, my shoulders are almost back to normal. Seems my left shoulder has been hurting and I haven't been able to get my left arm behind my back to scratch and wash anything since last year. A month or so ago my chiropractor found a shoulder tendon had somehow popped out of its groove. He put it back and through irregular exercising and trying to keep it in motion (work helps with that) I can get it back behind me better now and with a lot less pain and more range of motion.

My right shoulder, I killed that for a week from working out. Note to self: If you haven't been to the gym in over a week, don't push so much weight on the weight machines. Better now, I think I can probably draw again.

On the change side, my regional real estate broker, Northwood Realty Services, recently acquired the national broker Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. We acquired them, but changed OUR name since they have wider brand recognition. Change for the better, probably. Except we had the cooler logo. And you could read our signs and phone numbers easier. New business cards are fugly compared to our old ones. But hey, I apparently wasn't home when BHHS called for my opinion, so we'll see how it goes, right?
