UPDATE to my last journal
.. damn.. you guys are amazing. Thank you SO MUCH for the responses. They DEFINITELY helped me figure out some of my issues.
You guys were right. Maybe I AM stagnant here as in 'same shit, everyday. same place" and a TRIP more than a move may help me
disengage the stupid thoughts in my head and reset. I do want to travel to a different country... OUTSIDE the US... and just enjoy
another social lifestyle/culture.
You guys were jumping the gun on well... guns XD. I wasn't talking about that or blatant racism, irs/taxes (but still damn good to know!)
I was talking about the whole American life is like cable tele. It's the same shit every facking day. You want something different/new and
all you get is a marathon about the Kardashians, the same god damn movies for the entire day and the same news. The people are also
almost the same. I go out and almost everyone is like a fucking clone. MOST act, dress and behave true to their stereotypes. Rarely do I
see people who are uniquely different (be it attitude or the way they dress) or maybe I am people watching too much... and because of
that there is nothing to inspire? Like all the movies.. all the books are following the same construction... same character developments...
Maybe I do have too much apathy... (is there such a thing?) or I am just getting old... >.> I need drugs... (aka tea)

Breaks apart pent up feelings and kinda hits a refresh button
A change of location (for a couple of weeks, at least) would most certainly shake things up, for you. Most places have their own kind of "same", but it differs from place to place, so what is "same" for someone else, won't necessarily be "same" for you.
Plenty of authors and artists from many cultures :D The US dominates a lot of music and tv though, I can understand that beef lol.
Also. Turning off the TV and ignoring most of Hollywood is a good way to enjoy life. They are a bunch of morons virtue signaling there anyway.
Honestly it sounds like burn out, so best to just treat it as such.
