I'd like to apologize, today is not a good day

Today marks one year since I lost my cat Patches, I had her for 22 years. She was my companion she was always at my front door to greet me when I got home and stayed in my shadow everywhere in the house and always slept next to me, I got her when I was 11 years old and she passed in my arms when I was 33. It's still killing me a year later, this morning was particularly difficult. I'd like to apologize to my friends and the few unanswered notes that I have from friends on here, I will answer them it's just a hard day for me so I might be not be too active for a bit, I'm sorry for that.

She did, she was with me for the majority of my life so far, I just can't believe a year later it's still affecting me like this.

Yeah, I know how it is. It's like when you look at the places they always were, and then they aren't there. It's a really hard thing to go through.

I have a dog that goes by the same name "Patches". He was mine and I know all to well how you feel letting go of a dear pet especially in ones arms~ You loved her with all your heart and she'll continue to live on through you. So sorry for your loss. A long life is one well lived when she had someone like you as her owner, I know that much..
