Have you ever sat by and looked thorugh your work.. and realzied, that in the years you've been drawing.. nothign has fundamentally changed? I kind of realized that tonight... and then looking through these galleries, Seeing how much other people I know have improved.. it's grating on me, a bit, to be honest.. I don't know if it's jealousy.. but.. I want to be more than what I am in the end.. more than what I am right now.
I'm taking about a week... to myself. No Trades. No commisions. No Gifts. I'm taking a week to try and figure out what I need to improve on, and if anyone has any ideas, I'm more than open to them.. I'm tired of being left behind... I think it's time for me to step up a little and grow a pair.. and actually do something.
Later, all. I'll be back.

I'd say...take it a little more in stride but yeah, seems like a good idea.
I would suggest grabbing a copy of Burne Hogarth's "Dynamic Anatomy" if you want to expand yourself a little bit. Cole gave me a copy and I use it on occassion.
Content means nothing, in the long run, it's about style. At least, that's what I'm seeing.
Unless you want to make a living out of art, so my suggested way will not work that well I guess...
I don't have the original file as it has been long gone from my computer for years, but I still have the poster. You want me to take a pic of it and either post it here in your journal or email it to you?
