Brief Hiatus

I'm going to be taking a short break... Its been hard to deal with, but I think I'm finally coming to terms with things, if only slowly.
Earlier this month, quite literally a week after my 24th birthday, my mother passed away.
It didn't really hit home until I started to think about my future recently...you know, the whole 'we never got to ___', 'she's never going to ___'...one of the things that kind of drove it home was the fact that, while my boyfriend and I had discussed children a bit down the line, when we were more prepared...that's something she's going to miss out on too. She's never going to get to be a grandmother. There were others, but that killed me inside to think of.
Anyway...enough ranting... I just wanted to post about the hiatus in case anyone tried to contact or commission in the next week or so. It's going to be one hell of a healing process.
