Terms of Service
When purchasing art or discussing any possibility of a purchase from HypnoCurl, you are agreeing to these terms of service.
1. The artist retains the right to draw content in a manner that is within their current skillset, and will complete the work to the best of their abilities. Should they require references or any specific picture for reference, the client will provide the source material. This material MUST be a visual reference. Written description of the character(s) or roleplay logs will not be accepted, as they do not provide a clear enough material for the artist to best accommodate the vision of the client.
2. The artist retains full rights to post/repost or modify the image as he sees fit. Requests can be made by the client if there are restrictions to having the art reposted or otherwise displayed.
3. As the client, you retain the rights to your character and may use the art freely or as a source, as long as appropriate credit is given to the original artist. Artist signature will NOT be removed from the piece, and you will not be able to remove the signature, enhance the original piece, or edit it in any way. This includes recolors, photo editing, etc. A request can be made to hide the signature or place it in a less obvious area.
4. Prices are negotiable, and subject to change based on a variety of factors, such as details of the piece, character markings, etc. A price discussed with another client may not apply to you, and vice versa. As such, it is expected that you do not discuss your price point outside of our interactions. The artist has the full ability to refuse a request or demand on a price that was offered to another individual. The artist reserves the right to decide whether the payment is received up front or after the piece is completed.
5. Works in progress sketches can be requested. Remember, good art does take time to complete, and being that i am not a full time artist, patience is required.
6. The artist has the right to refuse to draw any content, themes, or characters that they do not feel confident or comfortable with.
7. Paypal is the only acceptable payment method unless otherwise discussed in advance.
Any refusal or willful disregard of any of my terms of service will result in either refusal to accept your commission, or your loss to the right of a refund. Any further action will be at the discretion of the artist.
By providing your digital signature, you are agreeing to this terms in their whole.
