I'm constantly drained and frustrated. I've had no days off from work since the 17th last month. The GM here clearly does not want to work with me. I'm treated like I can't measure up to whatever standards he has. My depression is unending and is getting compounded by growing anger. I'm on course for a meltdown of an explosive erueruption. It's not looking good right now.

Err, by LAW if you are full time you should have two days a week off. This is something I looked up when my old job was trying to make us work a six day week. I'll get back to you with harder evidence.

update so I was a tad wrong, but you still should have at least one day a work week off by federal mandate. check this https://legalbeagle.com/6866373-lab.....en-shifts.html. throw the legal book at the GM and he should back down, especially if you say that you'll report him to OSHA. other than that, just remember you still have people who still care. we can chat more though notes if you need to.
