there are some discord groups relating to being social with other FA members. And truthfully I do read journals sometimes I comment sometimes I don't depends I do not just read ones relating to free art I at times try to help cheer someone up or give advice.

Hehe well, I would be making a new one with the name Kiritsune, since it's my Fursona and what I usually like to be referred as.

I quietly read journals and don't comment much nor interact socially generally because I am severly introverted.

Well I understand your wish to change your name, but I don’t see the point where changing the name would change anything on the socialisation thing. I mean the problem would still be there and it’s a general problem of fa.
If you really want to interact with people, there’s no other way as to talk over instant messenger.

I can understand wanting to make a new account but I think its just a matter of most people don't always have a comment to make or are even sometimes afraid to interact with others. I know I personally don't talk to people much cause I just rarely have anything to say.

Socialization is indeed something hard to archieve without common grounds and without individual pickings. most people either pass from this as they'd feel that they'd be ignored if they tried talking, or just don't bother at all because they don't find common grounds on which to build and strengthen a friendship.

I don't think changing your name would really increase socialization, but if you really wanna change your name that's really all up to you. (Just make sure to let us all know so we can watch the new account!)
