(NSFW) 3D model help (Ratchet from Secret Agent Clank)

Does anyone know how to extract 3D models from PSP/PS2 games?
I'm looking for some way to get a 3D model of Ratchet from a shower scene in Secret Agent clank.

May be potentialy used for an NSFW animation or as reference for artwork/an HD version ofbthe model.
I'm not a 3D modeler/animator or a game data extractor myself so this sort of thing is beyond my knowledge, but any help/advice is appreciated.
