Slowly but Steady

I'd like to bring some news and updates to my fellows. It's been a while since I reported about my routine.
Beforehand, I apologize for the ongoing delays on releasing new samples to my current commissioners. My schedule is still tight with plenty of full colored pieces, which sometimes takes me more time than expected for updates/wrap ups. Also, biweekly I need to reserve a few days to work on stuff outside my commission schedule. Still, I keep working 24/7 to attend most of my clients and I'm always available for them to answer any questions regarding our deals. I've been also avoiding taking new commissions lately, so I apologize to people who keep waiting for an opportunity to get sme art from me. I always appreciate the interest.
Healthwise: it's been a year since last time I reported about my arthritis. I was focused on a keto diet to reduce the joints inflammation process and lost almost 33 lbs (although I gained 11 lbs later when I returned eating some carbs ^^;).
Even during the diet, the inflammation started to take my hands, knees, left shoulder, elbows, hips and ankles. So I forced myself to start a treatment with immunosuppressants. In 4 months the results are finally showing up. I still feel pain in most of my fingers (which makes the drawing process a little annoying), but I can move my joints properly most of the time. It only sucks that the medication is not very kind to my stomach and liver, but we can't expect a tough medication to work without eventual side effects anyway.
Aside that, I'd wish to release more of my own creations, but for now I prefer to keep focused on the pending commissions. Maybe in a later time I'd dedicate some labor on a possible Patreon account, who knows.
The game is still on, and that's what matters. :)

That’s the sad thing about most medications today is that while they can help with one problem, but can cause more in return :(
I hope your situation gets better.
I live with a roommate who has, among other things, heart problems and diabetes. He used to smoke, but the insurance company made him not only quit (or lose coverage), but also made him post "No smoking" signs on our house and inside his van. (!!!)
At least his health is improving.
I hope you feel better soon. Keep on with the fight.
