That's actually quite neat that you pop up in such searches for artwork. It's always neat seeing your crow paladin, as seeing furry type fantasy characters in armor and such helps inspire me for the tabletop system and world I'm trying to build up. :>

I think alot of people just use random art on the internet for their characters in DnD Campaigns.

And most of the time they don't even bother to look who made it...

and when you ask who made it, instead of them becoming curious and trying to find out (via an reverse image search, for example) just who made that good looking artwork,
they try to deflect and give the most vague answers like "it was on my phone", "I dunno where I got it from, I just download things I like."

Ahh yeah, I get that, definitely.
I usually keep most art I use in a separate folder and favorite the piece of my other account so I know where it came from. Call me crazy, but I like crediting artists when the work is stellar - and if other players think so, all power to em to fave the original, yeah? :>

Currently we are running two pathfinder campaigns and I’m Running my avian character Nev in both. Wrath of the righteous Nev is a paladin of Sarenrae and I sort of loosely adapted his backstory to fit in with the adventure path. Currently we are at lvl 7 and 1st lvl mythic (champion) Oath of the Mendevian Crusade Paladin. Overall it’s been an exciting play through. Currently at the city of drezen about to get my feathery butt beaten up by our first mythic boss.

In my second game Rise of the Runelords I’m playing the same character though in an inquisitor/slightly modified sworn of the Eldest currently at lvl 6. This role was indeed just to be a npc since I Was DMing the game but one of our players was so excited about DMing i agreed to let him run the game so his backstory is a bit more spotty but I’m running him with a bit of a Colombo/Sherlock vibe. Nearly had a complete TPK last session. DM had adjusted the enemies saving throws from 11 to 15 to make it a bit more challenging but our dice were bad and we were a bit cocky got into hot water quickly. But we hit the pause button and talked a bit and reset the encounter.
