ok, so the boss approached me, and by boss i don't mean the kitchen manager, i mean the owner.


he said "hey i know you can bake, take some frozen peaches home and make us some cobblers i want to see what you can do."

omg, this is great i could wind up doing desserts too, that is more ammo for a raise..........

i have done everything that i can physically do at this point


it is in the universe's hands

they are in my oven right now

one has just a standard crumb topping and one has an oatmeal walnut topping

i am hoping that this manifests into me doing more desserts XD

my head is still spinning over the fact that i got a new place in under two weeks

time to reap what i have sown
