Insight- Grad School Marketing Project ideas!

So, as the title suggests, I'll be starting grad school here next week! Woohoo!!
I'll be pursing my Masters of Science degree in Marketing, all so I may hopefully get into marketing (finally xP )
With that, my first class starts this Monday. And right away I'll be hitting the ground running with the big project of the course, which is to create a marketing plan for a potential new product/service for a currently existing company.
What I had in mind is to create a new product/service and marketing strategy for it for a video game company. But atm, I've got too many ideas but not enough clarity on what would be a good one. So....I would like to know from you all!
If any existing game company were to issue a new product/service now, what would you want it to be? Help me get some new ideas plz!~

I mean, I've got ideas myself lol, but would be good to learn what's on others mind
Yes you can do this on steam and your console, but im talking like... From one to see all.
Its fun to make up ideas
Didn't think of that. I know League of Legends developed an app that works like that, but definitely would be nice to see and even message friends across platforms
Maybe even some party chat functions? :3
