Good video. And reminds me of possibly the best slogan for a game I've ever come across: Losing is !!FUN!!. Dwarf Fortress will HAMMER that point into you before you get close to mastering it, and damn if it isn't fun (in a way) watching yet another fort fall to some new insanity.

Can't say I agree with much of his comparisons or the entire premise behind it. Games are designed to be won, and the gameplay of modern games is so lackluster that it's just designed to string you on and have you chase the dragon that a dopamine rush when you do actually win.
