Skaanar the Harbinger of doom brought destruction and mayhem to the northern hemisphere in the dark ages. He took war against the fox species in the beginning and nearly destroyed them within a three year span. Alot of species had fear him and his clan that was growing over time in the process. Those who retaliated against him and his clan....no longer exist. It was not enough to fight this dire wolf and his clan alone for one species. Tho, the foxes have different types of there kind but the ones mainly at war was the broken Snow foxes, the hidden Silvers, and the Red foxes. These foxes were fighting these destructors for nearly 25 years.

All three of the species specialize in their own skill trees. Arctic foxes are mainly in spiritual warfare (magic type of powers).

The Silvers specializes in ninja type warfare. They mainly stick to the shadows and use light weight weapons to do it fast and quiet, but if they are forced to, they will have to get their paws dirty. Silver foxes are known to set traps and they are master thieves.

The red foxes are the warriors. They are the ones who go into the fray and use everything they got. They are “coordinated” then most and fighting style in-sync. The have the most foxes than the rest while the silver foxes are the second most foxes in them.

The Arctic Foxes have very short supply of foxes. They have less that 60 during the war era due to the Dire wolves attack on multiple invasions during the night that wiped out most of them out. They believe that the gods have gave them powers and knowledge of world. They have less warriors/fighters than most species.

Little known there was another Species during that time but didn’t not want to intervene in their war.They are almost the same as the arctic foxs but more sly, little trusted with the species even tho they are somewhat related.

There were the Kitsunes, the most mysterious Creatures Shadow encountered. They kept to themselves in their land and had a rivalry with the drakes (dragons/lizards). They are led by a queen who who has 9 tails and a power unknown to the outside world. She is considered a goddess to most of her people due to her life span and extraordinary Powers. She refuses shadows offer to help them survive and win the war. She insists that if she and her people enters the war, they will be blind sided by their enemy and lose her people to a war that is a loss to the foxes.

Shadow goes out and journeys alone to a tribe of polar bears. They are what the foxes call the “tanks”. After time away from the front lines, shadow manages to pull only one tribe of bears with 17 of them willing to fight. It was hard convincing them but managed just to get one tribe willing to fight along side of them. During that war they had one polar bear already on their side, a lone merchant/ old veteran. His name was Heathcliff, and old bear who still has a fight in him.
