Hey all... while I was away, my cat, Dude (strange name I know. My younger sister was the one to name him) was hit by a car and killed. I'm hoping to save up the money to have him cremated so I can keep his remains. If anybody would be willing to donate to help out, I would appreciate it. My parents informed me after I returned home and as such, I spent everything on my expenses at the hotel as well as at the con. This all came out of the blue and hit me like a truck. The lowest price for a cremation I could find was $100, that's including the urn as well. I'd much prefer to have him cremated so that I may keep him close rather than burying him in the backyard. My pets are my babies, I want the best for them, even in death. I hope I'm not just crazy for thinking that. Backyard burial will be a last resort if we're unable to raise the funds as we have no way of perserving his body before he starts to decompose.
