I normally get the sort where I just feel frazzled and deflated though I get what you mean. Cup of hot chocolate and looking at cute animal pictures normally helps me. One of the reasons I made a cute stuff section on my discord I must admit XD
I feel this way aallll the time. Some time alone and snacks are a big help x3 I think usually when I get to that point that’s my hint to be like “okay I need some me time” haha.
