Some sites have some weird rulings concerning characters underage.
FA's rules states *upon creation till now* sorta rule, like Amy Rose where she was made at 14 but that was in 1998. By those standards she is "legal" now.

dA's rules are they will be at that age forever, until the series has them in a adult manner form, but their "younger selves" aren't legal still.

its not about the underrage rule at all in this situation
