Another surgery so soon? Well hell, they move fast over there in the UK. Most of the time they seem to wait a while while you heal from the first one. :p

Well, i'm out in India for all this. either way It's not uncommon for facial surgery; They do the upper face, let you heal for a while then do the lower half and anything else you're getting done.

Ahhh, didn't realize you went out there to have your work done. I'm American, but I have a family friend in the UK that had facial femization surgery. I don't believe she had two separate surgeries. But ehh, different nations have different standards I suppose. |3

It kinda depends where you go and what you're getting done. In the UK, if you're on the NHS, you have to get each procedure done individually. If you go private, some places do it all at once others do it in stages.
I was having something like 14 procedures done so doing it in 2 rounds seemed to make sense. That way the recovery is staggered a bit too so it's not too debilitating all at once.
At least that's as I understand it. I'm sure each surgeon has their own reasons for doing things.
