"Just writer things"

Whenever we write, everybody makes mistakes --I'm talking about typos, misspellings, slips of the hand, all that. We all do them. Normally, one simply fixes them as they come (and, ah, advice to fellow writers: Don't take people pointing these out as an offense).
We all do --what is baffling me right now is how many of mine are positively freudian.
Some slips I have made so far, in different fanfics and stories:
- Spelled "Bangkok" as "Bangcock".
- Changed "Dogma" to "Dog-man" and vice versa.
- Changed "Stage-play" to "Stage-lay".
- Changed "Somebody you can trust" to "Somebody you can thrust" (spot the difference).
- But the biggest one so far:
So in one story a character was talking about how making love to his wife had become unsatisfying. SOMEHOW I changed switched the wife's name for that of HIS DAUGHTER.
Needless to say, people though I was writing a very different story than what I had in mind...
