Money for me is never gonna be an issue, i have multiple methods to get money by working around the house, Unloading the dishwasher, getting a donation box done (We're currently trying to move.) and just... getting my room cleaned up. (i suck at keeping it clean <:3) But soon, due to... issues i have... i'll be getting a disability check, and at that point i can use my money Online, so i can commission normally.

My parents are pretty poor. So they don't pay me money for any chores to do around the house. Also, If I am making ideas and selling Ocs for money, then I need someone to give a visual too.

Oh, payments not necessary bud, i'd just an very detailed idea of what you'd like, like minute details like spike colors, how many there are, how THICC or normal you'd want them, saddle shape, size, color, etc. The more detailed you are, the closer i can get to the right design. and i'm glad you think i'm good enough to draw your OC's. ^.=.^ (Just so we're clear, we're talking about yoshi adoptables right?

Selling OCs? I don't really knowhow you want to make that work but you might enlighten me on that.

In regards of receiving artworks, there are of course ways like doing trades with people. You could still train writing and consider doing story commissions at some point yet.

I know there are trades, but some people don't have the time for trades.

Selling Yoshi OCs...

In my personal experience, creating Yoshi OCs is something that's quite easy to do, especially if you've got a creative mind. I'm personally into science fiction, and all that, so I try to incorporate mutations into my characters. Almost all of them have at least one, just to make them more unique. Extra limbs, for example. Or... Give it some other form of gimmick, like some symbiotic (or parasitic) lifeform. I actually have a specie of symbiotes myself, if you're interested in the idea ^^^

I dont think trying to sell Yoshi OCs would work, especially when their quite easy to make, and most furries would prefer to use something a little more... original then a copyrighted character as their OC. You would have to do substantial work to make it more unique to sell it; just simply re-coloring Yoshi and giving him something like a hat isn't going to cut it. Not thats there anything wrong with your Yoshi. I like you enough. :) Just pointing it out is all.

If your looking to get some money, I have a couple of suggestions. Try looking around your room first off. Are there any games, clothes, toys, etc you dont use anymore? You can try selling them in garage sales, ebay, so forth. It wont be a lot, but every bit helps. You can also ask your neighbors and offer them to do chores for them like mowing their lawn, watering plants, raking leaves, or take care of their yard while their away.

Oh Don t worry! It's not going to be the same over and over like my characters that are just different colors and sizes!

No offense yoshi dude but that sounds like a really bad idea that will only lead to disappointment.

I get your frustrated no ones willing to accept your requests and I understand super hard the feeling of not having money and wanting to get commissions like everyone else on this site...
buuuut... there is really no need, not to sound patronizing but I feel like this needs to be said. You're a bit too young to be worrying about this kinda stuff. You shouldn't be worrying about bloating your FA page up with art, you should focus on having fun and hanging out with other furs and yoshis your own age. You're only 13 and its a little worrying to see you look for commissions just to gain probably the wrong kinda attention from members on this site who don't care that you're only 13... trust me I've been there. I joined here when I was about your age, (14-15?) and I was desperate for money too, with a poor family and no income of my own. So I really feel where you're coming from...

Yoshisona's are special. you can't just make um and sell them, otherwise, there will be nothing but this boring flood of soulless yoshi porn floating about with once use characters that someone bought. huge asses and big guts all about the place. Which I'm not against but that's not what this yoshifandom is about now... is it?

You'll get older, you'll get money, you'll be able to so all the same stuff as everyone else! I promise, but for me, just think about what I said and maybe consider sitting on this commission stuff. if you get money to invest, invest it in stuff you like. video games, comics, whatever. but commissions? no. it's not worth it at your age. just practice drawing! and one day you could be the person people are commissioning!
