Upload them as you finish them. People understand 30 day challenges mean a ton of art and people also know that not every single piece of art will be your absolute highest quality, especially when you are doing a high-volume challenge. There is also no need to avoid uploading art because it's not within a narrow type. In fact I would say that only uploading art that is "furry enough" is more of a downside than anything else. You are an artist and anything you make is worth publishing, regardless of the content, quality, or whatever else because the more you publish the more people can see, buy and large this is the point of even making art right? There are dozens of artists that I've followed because one piece they did caught my eye and that one piece is sometimes an oddity for that artist. There are also artists that I thought didn't draw [insert species/situation/theme here] only to discover that they draw a large variety but end up hiding or not publishing their work. Just use tags and folders and you're good.

Short version: Publish everything as you complete it, tag and sort, and maybe link your absolute best on your profile and commission page if you don't already. People will understand what's going on.
