Help! Sophie the rat is sick!

Sophia Katruk. She came to us in the spring. It's been a short time but I fear the worse.
She's sick, and I don't know how to help her. No vet would take her within the city limits. The closest small-animal vet was nearly two towns over. She'd never survive the hot drive. Never.
Not with blood on her paws and around her muzzle, no way to empty her bowels. The non-puking thing for rats isn't a unique thing; it's a curse. She's posioned by something, but she didn't get out to get into anything. I fear it's the salt/mineral stones I gave her, or her new food. There's nothing else that could've done it!
I don't think she'll make it much longer, but any advice will help. Anything.
Please help me help her. If you know anything, anyone, or anywhere I can turn to, then please please help me... help us.
I don't want to post her death date... not yet.
And for once in my life, I turn to God for help... even if you want to bless her and wish her well, every bit helps.
