Top Surgery in 2019? It's more likely than you think!

So I'm switching insurances on Jan 1, and my new insurance covers treatment for gender dysphoria and all surgeries are included. I also asked my grandma if she would loan me the money for the surgery if i need, and she said its a possibility!!
