Terms and Conditions
Disclaimer: ToS subject to change
By coming into commission with me I will assume you have read out my ToS and I have the right to refuse any work or contact with anyone.
-Picture references only as of now
- All payments are done through paypal, I will invoice you the agreed amount in GBP
- I don't have a dead set turn around time but I am quite quick.
But, as with life, there may be delays should any emergencies come up but you will be informed. I let you know when I start your artwork and should it ever go over time (incredibly rare) I will automatically update you every few (2- 4) days or should the event delaying me has cleared up. (whichever is most appropriate).
So please don't message me constantly unless I fail to meet these requirements.
- All commission pieces will be uploaded across all my platforms as it adds to my portfolio
- Of course, if you want changes then please do ask and I will change the price accordingly
Edits and Alterations
Art is subjective and we all have our own style and I will always do my best to be as accurate as I can to your picture reference. I'll only edit if.....
- I had missed out something obvious or completely mistook something you stated clearly along with your picture reference.
I will NOT edit
- My art style
- If you requested WIP and you approved I will not edit afterwards
- Lots of minor corrections - it may not look like it but I work with many layers and if you wanted to change the colour of the drink then that would make things complicated as the colour you request may again look completely different once I work through all the layers and shading etc.
Edits are for grossly misinterpreted features
NO WIP UNLESS REQUESTED
I have a quick turn around time and drawing digitally takes me roughly half a day. Through experience, waiting on approval will delay things and could push your work to the back of the list if I started on another project. So if you want a WIP then please request so when you initially contact me and be prepared that your work will take longer than usual and may be put behind another project if I don't hear back within an appropriate time.
WIP will be a very rough pencil sketch and may still be subjected to change when I work digitally with layers (but the main features e.g. character pose, glass type will remain the same.
If you don't request a WIP in the initial email and ask afterwards then you didn't read my ToS and there will be no refund. So please consider this as my customisation varies e.g. I might give your character a cocktail drink instead of infused water, the glass you saw in one example will be completely different to the one I think most complimentary to your character etc.
Completed work
I will update the work across all my platforms with my water mark but if you want an unmarked version please say so from the very beginning due to following point.
Once I have posted your picture across all my platforms I will hold on it for 24 hours before deleting it as I don't think my ancient laptop can hold on to so many files. I do not hold responsibility for your art work after 24 hours of posting it online.
I hold the right to the work I create, as I will use it as part of my portfolio and may use it for commissioned examples or merchandise. e.g. price list, redbubble
REFUNDS
Please note, I aiming for this to be my full time career so I will do my best to keep everything to your requirements so that you are satisfied with my work.
The only time I will refund would be if I can not fulfil your commission due to personal reasons.
COMMISSION ALLOWANCES
- Please credit me should you post your commission without the water mark on any other site, online etc. just as long as I'm obviously credited I don't mind how you do it.
PROMO NOTES
Follows all above rules
This is common sense but please be respectful. I am using my own time and still dedicating a day to you for very cheap. Promo doesn't mean slave labour conditions.
-Pieces of work where I feel you are exploiting me e.g.
- adding a long list of additional requirements to your picture reference
- requests that are way over what I offer
LIMITED PERSONALISED DRAGIMOCHI TERMS
Follows all above rules
There may be times where instead of getting a dragimochi through an auction, I will personalise/gift one.
Dragimochi are my own species and I will NOT custom make one for you. So please don't make specific features/requests for it.
When I personalise one, I will usually heavily base it on your picture reference.
How they interact is based on your character description
When I draw your character interacting with your dragimochi you're more than welcome to suggest a theme within reason but I will have the majority of free reign. (read below if you want specific interactions)
I am still exploring and building my portfolio but the main points are:
- your character
- a dragimochi
- simple environment
Below is an example of a piece I did for a fursona who had a 'fun and responsible' trait. I gave him a little hybrid dragimochi based on his species.

If you really want specific interactions and have it all planned out then please do let me know.
e.g. how they interact, what item, what speech, what emotion. But this will be at standard price not promotional. (Price will be dependent on complexity, how long the comic is and how detailed you want it etc.)
Expect something like the above linked example with changed speech and simple environment to be £10.00 starting price. More interactions, scenes and items will increase the price.
Please note the dragimochi will still be personalised by me.
