I looked up lyrics to a song the other day ("Someone to Stay" - Vancouver Sleep Clinic)... and was immediately inspired to put a video together (Warning: some artwork in the video contains blood https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oit.....ature=youtu.be) Unfortunately the video isn't a full blown animation (I've spent 4 hours on 1 second worth of shot before, and 3.5 hours on barely another second, that's enough to drive me nuts), but looking through some of my older stuff I managed to scrabble together just enough artwork for this video (although I had to edit/cut the song down by about a quarter to do so)

I kinda tried to give the video a story? I'm not sure if it really shows, the age of my artwork being out of order might spoil it a bit in places, but yeah, I've tried to work with what I could find (doesn't help lots of my stuff has been sent 4,000 miles away, so taking clearer pictures of some things is physically impossible, although there is good reason for said work being 4,000 miles away now)

I've been meaning to post this video for a while but it kept slipping my mind, a lot of things have lately (like trying to grab slimy slugs that have been drenched in butter) but yes. A video I did.

I listened to a song while I was working on animation the other day, and something suddenly hit me: if it wasn't for listening to that song, after reading part of a story, I never would have done a certain painting in the first place... and I may not have gotten to know you, and so many fraggin' things would be different... I might not have been able to get the bus on my own, there's people I wouldn't have met, things I wouldn't have done, places I wouldn't have been... There's quite a bit of my life that might not have happened at all if I hadn't met you...
