GENERAL |
-Please provide clear digital reference images
-You may re-upload your commission to any site as long as credit is given (if uploading to TH please credit my TH account [VayMutt] if uploading elsewhere please credit my DA/ and or FA)
-If you require a deadline, it must be agreed upon before payment is sent and may incur a surcharge

PAYMENT |
-I sometimes accept DA points, or characters as payment for art, though money is generally preferred
-Payments are made via PayPal invoice - invoices not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled, you will forfeit your slot and may be blacklisted - if there's a problem with payment, please contact me and we can work something out.
-Partial payments are accepted for pieces over $50 (50% upfront), but commissions must be paid in full before I do anything past the sketch
-**In regards to art trades, I may not upload my half until yours is complete to prevent being scammed

REFUNDS & CHANGES |
-No refunds given unless I am unable to complete your commission, in which case you will be contacted beforehand and shall be refunded in full
-I am willing to make changes to completed commissions if I have made a mistake on the design of your character or any specific details previously agreed; I will not usually make changes to the pose, background, etc after a piece is completed.
-If you require changes, please notify me within 7 days of receiving the finished art - if I have not heard from you within 7 days I will assume you are happy with the commission and no changes will be made
-You may change the character the commission is of at any stage prior to completion, but if I have already started your commission this will incur a surcharge

WILL/WON'T DRAW |
-I will draw almost any species (feral (this is preferred) or anthro); gore; multiple characters in one image(max of 2); etc - I am willing to draw most things but please keep in mind I am more experienced in some subject matter than others
-I will not draw mecha; complex backgrounds; humans; extremely complex designs; copyrighted characters; heavy/light armor

GENERAL |
-You may re-upload the design to any site as long as credit is given (if uploading to TH please credit my TH account [VayMutt] if uploading elsewhere please credit my DA/and or my FA)
-You may trade, sell (gift art/trades doesn't count towards selling price), gift the design if no longer desired - you don't have to notify me before doing this, but you're welcome to tag or note me about if you think I might like to offer on them myself
-Never claim to have made the design
-You may make small changes to the design but it must remain recognizable; do not draw over my art without my permission
-I retain the right to keep or resell rejected custom designs

PAYMENT |

-Partial payments/payment plans and holds must be discussed before you place a bid/offer on a design
-Backing out, hiding comments or otherwise refusal to pay for a design (or YCH) without contacting me will result in you being blacklisted indefinitely - if there is a problem with your payment please speak to me and we can work it out.
