RIP Entertainer & Musician, Roy Clark
Roy Clark, a country music legend and host of the variety show, Hee Haw, for 25 years, has passed away at age 85.
While I never cared for Hee Haw and am not a huge fan of most country music, Roy Clark's guitar skills were legendary and it's disheartening to hear of his passing.
My best memories of him are from his guest appearance on the old sitcom, The Odd Couple.
Particularly his segment at the 5 1/2-minute mark of this video:
Further evidence of his guitar-playing skills can be seen from his appearance on the "Johnny Cash and Friends" Show:
And one final video with youtuber Wings of Pegasus, giving some analysis on Roy's playing skills:
I encourage people to do a youtube search for more of Roy Clark's videos.
RIP Roy Clark.

I do know that my parents watched The Carol Burnett Show, but not Hee Haw, which probably influenced my never caring for the show as I grew older.
Looking back, I can only wonder at how much talent I missed seeing, but that can be said about so many shows I never watched. Heh.
