By purchasing, accepting, using, or reposting artwork from me; you agree to these terms of service.
Any incompliance, maltreatment, misuse, or wrongful claiming of my services, my art, my characters, or other user’s characters in my artwork can land you blacklisted, reported, and blocked.
Anything written here is subject to change at anytime. Check with this regularly to stay updated.
Commissions will be opened via journal or post. Otherwise, they are to be assumed closed.
•Limitations
Species-
I can draw most animal species.
Large animal species are difficult for me.
I do not draw aquatic animals.
I do not draw humans.
I do not draw bugs.
Age-
In anthropomorphic animals, I will only draw characters of age. No cub art.
Nsfw-
I will draw artistic nudity.
I will not draw porn/yiff.
Fetishes-
I will not draw these and if I do, it will take alot of monetary insentive. Heavier fetishes are a complete no-go. Don’t ask.
•Free Art
This is graciously given by me as a gift or a choice. Please don’t rush free art. I can choose at anytime to cancel or refuse it.
I can also draw your oc however i like. -your fursona but worm on string.
Free art is never guaranteed.
•Client/Artist Interactions and Contact
I can be contacted on Furaffinity, Telegram, Twitter, Ifunny, and Kik by the username: HalfbloodHybrid. My email is halfbloodhybrid97[at]gmail.com
I expect to be communicated with in a professional manner. I will do my best to recipricate this back to you.
Clients-
I have social anxiety. Do NOT message me daily for updates or to have a “conversation”. When I have moved forwards on your project, I will update you along the way and ask for anything I can change to make the art more appealing to you.
Please only ask for pose changes during the “sketch phase”. Don’t change the pose once line art starts. Please don’t ask for line art changes after coloring begins. If you want the ears bigger or the tail fluffier- tell me before coloring starts.
Turn around time is between 1-4 weeks average.
•Payment
I accept payment in USD via Paypal only.
You must be 18years or older to order from me.
Payment on commissioned artwork and bases
I do not usually take payment upfront but can ask for it.
I can also occassionally ask for partial payment before and after.
Usually, upon completing the artwork, I will ask for payment. I expect to get it in full.
Tipping is optional and isn’t expected.
The commissioner/client has a grace period of 2 weeks after I complete the art to make the payment. The artwork will be held and not given or posted until payment is made.
Failed payment will result in a blacklist and the artwork will be scrapped and reused for a ych or another user’s project.
I may sometimes discount artwork if I do not feel proud of it. Do not expect discounts regularly. My friends do not even get discounts except for as a rare surprise gift.
A refund will only be issued if I take payment beforehand and the artwork hasn’t been started yet. I will not refund on finished artwork.
Payment on premade designs
Payment is upfront on premade designs. I can make the name and info for you or you can do it yourself. I will hold for 7 days max.
•[b][u]Artist’s Rights
I have the right to refuse a commission or request without reason. I am NOT a “scammer” for refusing to do artwork. As stated above I normally take payment after. If no payment has been made and no money has been stolen, I am not a scammer. Accusing me of being one or calling me one results in a blacklist and block. It is a beyond rude, insult.
I have the right to refuse a refund because you dislike the artwork provided. I will do my best each step of the way to make sure you like the artwork. I cannot provide better than what is displayed in my gallery. I cannot provide Da’Vinchi quality work.
I have the right to post the art I make. I can* refrain from posting it at client’s request and an additional $3 USD on the commission price.
I have the right to watermark my art. I can provide the client with a nonwatermarked piece for private use for an additional $3 USD on the commission price. The watermarked artwork is the only one allowed to be posted to the public.
•Client/Commissioner, and Character Owner Rights
The Client and Owner of the Character(s) in my artwork can repost the artwork bought by them or presenting a character owned by them.
Clients can buy artwork for other users as long as the other user agrees to it or it is a gift and they are a close friend.
Clients/Character owners can use the art as a pfp, can crop it, and can print it for *personal* use. Not to sell.
If an oc changes owners the new owner can let me know (with proof) so i can add them to the description of the artpiece.
Please dont edit the artpiece without asking me.
•Users who don’t own anything in or of my art
Please do not share or claim.
I don’t care if you are “showing off my art” and it will “get me more followers”. Everything I post either belongs to me or me and my commissioners. These characters are not for your use unless you are their exact owner.
Do not trace or edit my art.
Stealing art is rude and disgusting. If I find out you will be blacklisted and reported.
There are plenty of free bases online.
Art is a luxury item. Respect that.

•Headshot/Bust-
This includes a neck or shoulder up of a character.
*Traditional sketch, no color- $2 USD
*Digital Lineart, no color- $5 USD
*Digital, Flat color- $8 USD
*Digital, Shaded color- $10 USD
•Thigh Up-
This includes a thigh-up and tail of a character.
*Traditional sketch, no color- $6 USD
*Digital Lineart, no color- $10 USD
*Digital, Flat color- $15 USD
*Digital, Shaded color- $17 USD
•Full Body-
This includes a full body image of a character.
*Traditional sketch, no color- $10 USD
*Digital Lineart, no color- $16 USD

•Clothing-
+$5 to $15 depending on how much and complexity
•Extra limbs/ wings-
