I'm trying to stream much more regularly. There will be one tonight at 23:30 GMT+1.
In general, my streaming schedule is:
Mon - Tue, 23:30 GMT+1
Thu - Sat, 23:30 GMT+1
Sun, 18:00 GMT+1

Canada is pretty thicc and spans 3 timezones. Assuming you're GMT-4, me being GMT+1 means you are 5 hours behind (because 1 - (-4) = 5). So 23:30 minus 5 hours is 18:30.
