I’ve had similar issues whenever I try to send Notes or certain messages. It just times out. Must be some kinda FA bug

For the last month, I've noticed FA having problems getting "stuck" about every half hour. As in, the server seems completely unresponsive for 3-5 minutes. I browse FA in the off-peak hours between 1-5AM EST, so I find it hard to believe it's a load balancing problem.
