"Dude, She Ra's so gay."
Frequently said boy-to-boy in the 80s. Possibly now canon in 2018. I haven't been so entertained since gay Shiro.
And yes I will be rule 34ing this in the near future because I am absolutely manchild+asperger's enough to do so.
(That aside, positive representation of basically every variant of human race and body shape, funny, friendly, very little observance of conventional gender identity, and with a smattering of 80s references that absolutely no one but me will understand. Probably healthier entertainment than a lot of stuff out there. There are worse things to aim your eyes at for 20 minutes a day.)

It's almost as bad as that damn Brickleberry and Be Cool Scooby-Doo are.
When I first saw screen captures of the new show my reaction was along the lines of, "What the hell is this ugly crap?". The animation style looks like it was done by a small child, not by an animation studio.
The only thing I did like, was the conflict between Catra and Adora and even then it was pretty much standard but atleast I could enjoy SOMETHING out of it.
It is still rather sad that there are like countless of talents with tons of work behind, and yet artists like her gets all the access with no real effort, you know?
What I find funny is that the best description of the show I saw came from a Reddit Review that got Thousands of negative comments. The commenter stated that "She-Re now looks like a lesbian stereotype, just like the show's creator".
Personally, I thought the original show was bad, but this show is worse. *Shrugs* Hell, after a while I only watched the show for its "Where's Waldo" element.
Seriously. You got a 18 year old man dressed like a fruitcake (prince Adam) who changes into a half naked BDSM leather enthusiast after pulling his "magic sword" and "only a few other people know his secret" and battles musclebound, half naked men in grappling contests.
I'm sure watching He-Man counts as a coming out in many countries
